A great Halloween episode is hard to do, but some sitcoms simply nail it. Brooklyn Nine-Nine has its iconic Halloween heists, many of Michael Scott’s best moments occurred in costume, but no TV show does Halloween better, in my (correct) opinion, than Modern Family.
