The court canceled the order of District Basic Education Officer Etah refusing to give maternity leave after the birth of a child, declaring it illegal and directed the headmistress of Primary School Hirapur to pay regular salary along with arrears to the petitioner. . Court has directed BSA to issue orders in two weeks.
