The Ministry of Home Affairs has taken strict action against Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arsh Dala, an associate of the ISI-backed Khalistan Tiger Force. The Home Ministry on Monday declared Arsh Dala a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, (UAPA).
