The results of the elections for five seats in the Legislative Council’s teacher and graduate constituencies have come. Out of these four seats, the BJP has won the victory and one seat has been captured by an independent. Let us inform that the polling was held on January 30 for Gorakhpur-Faizabad block graduate, Kanpur block graduate, Bareilly-Moradabad block graduate, Allahabad Jhansi block teacher and Kanpur block teacher seat.
BJP’s victory in Bareilly-Moradabad block graduate seat
BJP candidate Jaipal Singh Busy has registered his third consecutive victory with a huge margin in Bareilly-Moradabad block graduate seat of the Legislative Council. He defeated Shiv Pratap Singh of SP by 51257 votes. This is the eighth victory of the invincible BJP on the seat since 1986. The counting process started from Thursday morning, but the counting of votes took place from evening. It was announced at 3 am on Friday.
